Three ways clients can make a claim
We’ve listed them in order of priority:
1) Register a claim on the claims app. The Romero claims app is live on both the App Store and Google play.
2) Contact your dedicated Claims Handler, please have your policy number on hand.
Within the hours of 9:00 – 17:00 please call your dedicated handler.

3) Fill out our Emergency Motor Claim Form and we’ll get back to you
WHAT TO DO IN THE EVENT OF A MOTOR ACCIDENT
Four things to remember in the event of a car accident or vehicle emergency:
- DO obtain the other driver’s information
- DO obtain the information of witnesses
- DO take photographs
- DO NOT admit liability
